What I fix

Six signs your GTM setup is costing you revenue

Most teams don’t have a pipeline problem. They have a systems problem that shows up as one.

  • The forecast is a spreadsheet

It gets rebuilt the night before the board meeting, and nobody can say which deals are real.

  • Leads wait hours for an owner

Inbound sits unrouted, speed-to-lead is unknown, and the best leads go cold first.

  • Reps do admin instead of selling

Hours every week go into updating fields, logging notes and chasing data.

  • Quotes take days

Every discount needs a manual approval chain, and invoices go out weeks after the deal closes.

  • Nobody trusts the numbers

Two CRMs, three versions of the pipeline, and a reporting debate in every meeting.

  • AI tools are bought, not used

Licences are paid for, but nothing is wired into the CRM or the way the team actually works.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you work with HubSpot and Salesforce?

Yes, both. I have rebuilt each of them, consolidated one into the other, and implemented Salesforce CPQ. I also work with the tools around them, from Clay and Apollo to your BI layer.

Do you only advise, or do you also build?

I build. The audit ends with a plan. Build and automation projects end with working systems in your CRM, documented and handed over to your team. On a retainer, I keep running and improving them.

How do you price?

A fixed fee per scope, agreed in the proposal before any work starts. Fractional RevOps is a monthly retainer.

What time zones do you work in?

I work on CET from Valencia. That gives a full day of overlap with Europe and the morning hours of the US East Coast.

What do you need from us to start?

Admin access to the systems in scope, and one owner on your side who can make decisions and answer questions.

Tell me what’s broken in your GTM setup. I’ll tell you on the call whether I can fix it.
